a: the first step is to secure a domain name for your web site. you choose a name
{ www.yourname.com} , and we will see if it is available. There are also other extensions
such as .org, .net, .tv etc… we will work with you until you find a suitable domain name.

the second step is ordering the hosting and domain name. we use a company called gate.
we have found them very affordable and reliable. we ask that you use your credit card and
put these services in your name. we can set this up for you with your information, or you
can choose to do it yourself.

to buy a domain and set up hosting will initially cost around $40.00
(this is separate from our fee) this amount covers 1 year for your domain name,
and 3 months of hosting. please visit www.gate.com if you need more
information on their services.

the third step is starting your web site design. we will work with you in person,
over email, fax or phone to exchange ideas for your new site.

our fees vary on content so that will have to be discussed personally. we promise
that you will be able to afford a web site! We do ask for half of the fee before we
begin work on your site, and when you are satisfied with the work you can pay the rest.

q: what if I already have a domain name?

q: If you have already purchased a domain name we can transfer with hostsave,
the transfer is free, we would just need the account information and the email
address you registered it with.

q: what if I already have a web site?

a: If you already have a web site we can update or re-design it for a very reasonable rate.
you can keep the hosting that you have or transfer it to gate.

q: once I decide to use your design services, how long will it take
before my site is up and running?

a: once the hosting is paid for it is usually up within 2- 4 days with a temporary
page to let people know that your site is coming soon. the design will depend on
how complex you wish the site to be. some people just want a page, and some
want a large site with a lot of extras. we will give you an estimated time once
we have all of the information.

q: Once the site is up can I have it updated?
